Decided to watch My Senpai is Annoying. Pretty refreshing because it's one of those slice of life / romance anime that take place in the work life, so I can actually relate a little more to the setting.

The reason why we always piss when we defecate is because the pressure inside of our muscles when we shit puts pressure on the bladder, and pressure on the bladder means it's time to urinate. It's also why we tend to fart while we piss, because it's the same thing but reversed.
