One of my goals this year is to be healthy. I'm aware I have so many unhealthy habits, and I realized I'm getting old so I should take my health seriously. So days before my birthday I decided to get a blood chem test, to have an overview of my health. Findings: I have urinary tract infection, and my uric acid is already borderline. So the doctors recommended me some vitamins and list of food I should avoid. I was also encouraged to exercise or do sports. Next checkup is next month. And I need to have x-ray and ultrasound. #Adulting

Celebrated my birthday a week ago. ‪‪❤︎‬ It's our first time going to this restaurant. Glad we made reservations because they rarely accommodate walk-ins. Overall, the food did not disappoint. My favorite is prolly the Sweet and Sour Fish Fillet. Least fav is the Hawaiian Pizza. ‪‪❤︎‬
