Gabriel @gabriel_true Yeah, apparently it started in South Carolina and now winds are carrying it up into North. I'm watching the news as people are fleeing their homes as we speak.

Yeah those should work too. Bananas are easy to eat when you're nauseated because they are bland, low in fiber, and easy to digest. They don't have strong smells or flavors, contain potassium, which helps replenish electrolytes lost if you've been vomiting. If I can't eat anything else, that's my go-to food.
