I used to sleep sporadically during the day time since I pulled all nighters and I have a terrible habit of getting my body back on a good sleep schedule only to mess it up again with an all nighter 2. Hm? Way less when I actually think about it, but it also seems long. I am used to pulling all nighters as I've said so I usually sleep around 7-8 AM and wake up late in the afternoon 3. I have had a few, but the one I think of most is a dream where there were mattresses singing me the ABC's as they lined up and had me walk in-between them XD

You weren't wrong. I had forgotten how to explain what I wanted to explain earlier (but somehow remembered the names of the bones in the forearm lol). So I was trying to explain about the limitations of the medium (in this case lines) and how that affects how we portray depth and detail. The reference has the luxury of lighting, and texture and color, where as your practice is using only lines. Because we have no color or shading and adding more lines gives the impression of age or wrinkles we have to be more precise with the lines we do use. And even then some angles are just beyond lines alone. By bringing the line of the bicep further beyond the forearm, it gives the impression that the forearm is behind the bicep. By instead bringing the line for the forearm lower it gives the proper impression of depth. I'm sorry if this is what you were trying to explain when you said you drew it a bit too close. I wasn't sure. It took me a lot longer than 4 months to understand the limitations of mediums so I wasn't certain if you had yet.
