The baddest bitch @joemama711 I just find it hilarious how people think about dieting as switching up everything or not eating a certain type of food group. As someone who went to school for personal training i wanna see what his idea of dieting is. Last time i remember him saying he was going to do a 1,200 calorie diet which is essentially starving yourself as a grown man.

SnakeePoo @solid_snake95 My secret is this, hard work and dedication to a new diet. 2500 calories is the average male intake in order to actually lose weight you have to intake half that and fill up on water. Cut off all sodas. Drink only water. Eat only fresh and natural foods (salads, fruits, avacados, freshly cooked chicken, never frozen foods). Beware the three evils on the nutrition chart, "Calorie count, sodium, and sugar". As for working out start off with rigorous cardio everyday. It may seem like a chore at first but it gets easier over time. You can do it! Then after awhile switch to basic workouts in aerobics. Pushups, sit ups, mountain climbers, jumping squats, and jumping jacks

Thanks for the tips, I've been keeping track of the calories intake more closely in the past 3 weeks and holy fuck I was consuming like 3200 calories a day, no wonder I kept racking in weight, the real shitty thing though is that I never really paid attention to the calories intake of what I consumed, little by little, cookie by cookie, juice by juice, soda can by soda can I was raking up more of them :/ I wonder how many people are on the same boat

SnakeePoo @solid_snake95 Because our bodies aren't meant to digest large amounts of red meat and that's why if you stuff up on red meat you get the "meat sweats" it's not good on your body because it doesnt know how to break all that down and metabolize it so it gets stored as fat.

SnakeePoo @solid_snake95 Yes look at the nutrition chart no matter what. Keep count everyday of your intake. Try to keep it below 1500 calories
