And I agree, there's no reason for beefs to exist if people don't have to talk. That's the thing I like about beef, it's only as big of a deal as you make it out to be. Less effort is like a broiled untenderized steak, most effort is making beef wellington. It gets bigger the more beef there is on the plate. It's only worth it if you want the effort, and honesty is also important. And to be COMPLETELY honest I'm in the mood for some chicken and rice. All this talk of food is making me hungry. As per mental health, it's important to not avoid your own issues, if you hide from them then you are just avoiding triggers. Best thing that can help is working with a therapist on coping mechanisms since no one can control the situation. And one thing I've learned is if you can't handle a situation whatsoever, you don't put yourself in that situation. It's why an alcoholic doesn't go to a bar, or go to "liquor stores" to buy cigarettes & candy.

Because I was going to tell you I had tuna for dinner, and because it was at the forefront of my mind, I almost misspelled true lol. Anywho, I had a tuna fish sandwich with lettuce on it and chips for dinner, it was delicious! I especially love the lettuce part. In fact, I love the taste of lettuce so much (I'm constantly side eyeing Sobo cause he doesn't like lettuce) that whenever I eat lettuce with anything: bread, vegetables, meat, etc. That's all I can taste afterwards is the lettuce, and I don't mind it one bit. My mom also got me Goobers (chocolate covered peanuts) for a snack.
