In a recent anime…. This last season ending of Dr Stone when they go on a murder spree of all the characters. Kohaku in particular. Then afterwards when Suika gets left all alone for years.

I definitely prefer subs from past experiences. I feel like they take a bit too much liberty unnecessarily changing the dialogue while dubbing, and it’s rare they pick voice actors that really match characters.
However some of the more recent dubs haven’t been too bad.
Whats your goto anime to rewatch...when you are bored and feeling empty....
