Ahoy! Today kinda just started for me. I didn't sleep at all last night because of the pain in my back. It's really gotten a hell of a lot worse, even though I do the stretches damn near every day. Anyway, we're still reeling from losing Teddy. He was my special fellow ginger boi, even though he lived at my brother's house... anyway, I hope you're able to get some food assistance to ease the hunger pains. I made a grand breakthrough in understanding schizophrenia this shit to easy. Currently just threatening the voices with it and watching them dance there attacks have lost all effectiness I know the principles behind it now.
