I think most people are going through stuff, some just manage it better

And some can just handle challenges better than others. I know it's a joke, and we can even argue that it might be fake, but Chapelle covered it real well on this bit.

In Summer 1997, I was diagnosed with high-functioning Autism, but during the 2007 Super Bowl, I was diagnosed with low-functioning Asperger's syndrome. One doctor said I might be autistic, but a couple of others said I am. I feel I got it mostly from my mother who also gets sensory overloads, talks like a chatterbox, sometimes stays up as late as 72 hours, picky in various things, very informative, etc.
I can understand animal behavior (especially birds), I collect a lot of knowledge even in visual and audial memory, I get very picky, I have social difficulties due to growing up with lack of good friends to hangout with to improve social skills and finding ones with even not-so popular trends and other stuff. I even get burnt out to low-energy and light-headed feeling, especially when overworking and undereating while being told by any job or important person to work overtime. It's also quite difficult for me to gain interest in certain things most people really understand, especially when my body's instincts say, "Woah! This doesn't seem necessary enough at this time! Maybe never or not yet!"
I've been studying Japanese language since 2014 and never quit. I might learn another language, but I'm gaining interest in music, especially techno in the same style as Japanese video game music, because with sensory issues, I find melodies more comfortable than most prominent vocal music, unless if it's in Japanese.

I just rewatched the series Haunting of Hill House in preparation for the new season they are about to release. I really loved the mental health aspect of the show. The oldest sibling is an author and writes about all the things he saw and how living in the house he saw his mother lose her mind. As the children grow up and become older they all struggle with their various demons. After watching what happened to their mother, the oldest sibling vows to never have children. The second child grows up to be a control freak. The third sibling is an empath (maybe more extreme than that) and has walled herself off from almost all human interaction that directly involves her. The fourth and fifth siblings are boy and girl twins. The boy grows up with severe OCD and is a drug addict. The girl suffers from night terrors and sleep paralysis but after a death to someone close to her slowly starts to tear away the pieces of their lives revealing the cause of everything spawning from what happened at Hill House.

Anyway, it's on Netflix.
If you haven't watched it, it's probably in my top 5 favorite things Netflix has on their platform.
The sequel is going to be like American Horror Story. Some of the same actors, different family, different house. https://youtu.be/tykS7QfTWMQ

Having said that, I really wonder why the range of severe depression takes up 46 points of this scale.

That's reserved for the narcoleptics. @verucassault
I may be sleepy, but I'm still wide-awake daydreaming about happy thoughts! Yet it still listed me as casually depressed, haha!
