What do you find attractive?

I do know myself. I've always been Gabriel. I will continue to be Gabriel. When I say to know oneself I mean for people to be comfortable with who they are instead of asking someone else to say, "who am I really?" This lends itself to a constant dissatisfaction. If I tell you who you are when you admit you don't know, then will you be satisfied with my answer? Usually that's a no for most people. That causes them to become perpetually dissatisfied in the relationship because they have to be told something new to keep them motivated. It quickly becomes a one sided relationship where one person is leading the charge. So much to say I wasn't talking superficial Hollywood. When I wake up and know I got work to do to pay my bills then that's a responsibility in my life. When there are chores that need maintaining then I do them. If I get into a relationship with someone and go, "Sorry honey, I can't do basic a-z because I don't know myself, but you're going to go do those things for me while I soul search" it is a problem. Plus those that soul search often have no patience if the other has anything disfavourable. "What do mean no you won't drop everything to go bail my friends out? Me do it? Nah, I'm still soul searching. That's why I quit my career. Now go do your job and figure out our personal problems at the same time! Hmph!" That mentality is very childish for adults.

Oh, I got ya. I just like to add the unnecessary in order to get the brain a little juicy. To me, it's still a little deeper than that, though. I, unfortunately, do still feel like I don't truly know myself or rather my "potential". However, with that said, that doesn't mean I'll be dropping responsibilities anytime soon in order to "figure" myself out. I can't say I haven't fantasized about running off to the mountains to become a hermit, though. Buuuuuut... That's just to escape myself(Being an adult'n such.) and it's truly just a selfish fantasy that I WILL NEVER allow to come to fruition.lol

is it really about knowing your true self, or are you always shifting, changing, and while you know yourself in the moment, that person will not last as you continue to evolve. also, guys with manners are hot. throwing trash away or going out of your way to put things were they belong and just being a semi-decent human being puts you a rung above most people.
