what are you doing right now?

Waiting for my baby to finish cooking so we can play Elden Ring Seamless Coop on the Nucleus App that allows splitscreen on one PC. I got it hooked up to the big screen at the condo so we can both see. Never knew about this app. We tried playing Ark Survival Ascended Coop but it was aids. Just spawn die spawn die spawn die repeat. I didn't even know how to use the map. Bad purchase.

Just arrived in my gf home town. Finna drink with her friends and family then go to the carnival with her and her 2 daughters. Finna be my first time driving in a foreign country.

Doing my best to get through this week. Long story short, my 3rd job, a freelance gig editing music/video, somehow turned into me performing on stage for the dance group that hired me. This is turning out to be a lot more demanding than I expected. Been having a lot of sleep/free time eaten up by this. But the whole thing will be finished this weekend. Phew!

Sleep is for the weak!!! I'm currently cooking a big rack of ribs that have been generously rubbed down with a good brown sugar and hickory rub. Just a little more time and then to gloss them with the sauce. However, thanks to getting covid last week(on top of everything else...), my sense of smell/taste is shot...Gonna suck not being able to taste, but I can imagine, damn it! Getting whiffs of smells, so there's a modicum of hope!
