Hang in there. Life has plenty of downs, so simply enjoy and appreciate the times you have positive things happen to you. I often feel the same as you. Miserable and powerless. Yet I generally stick onto something that keeps me focused. Maybe, things will look up once you find something that gives you positive direction.

I am legitimately terrified and shy of other people, despite how I may portray myself. So I would hope that a wonderful woman would approach me and not expect too much bravado from me.
