Lately I've been playing some Densha De Go! On the N64. Been meaning to pick up the Switch version along with the newer controller, but I'm afraid importing things will be rough for a while. (っ﹏-) .｡

I came here back in 2012, originally to find someone after my ex had broke up with me. I managed to make quite a number of good friends on her, some people I've also lost touch with. Being on the spectrum it wasn't easy for me to make friends, and a decent number of peeps I met here I still talk to somewhat. its VASTLY less than what it used to be. I remember how every other week it was DRAMA DRAMA DRAMA. I was one of a few vocal members who kept BEGGING the owner for a moderator (I think it took like 2 years or so?). I put a lot of effort into banning & removing Spammers from view (& tackling drama with creeps), but with all INFLUX of spam even before covid AND lack of interesting people/things happening kind of made me lose the love I had for this place. IIRC we had a APP, but there was an issue people took with the privacy rights or something (cant recall the details). I agree, atm MAI should be a discord server or something at this point. even I moved to discord, its more fun to watch/join in playing games, or even just watching anime/TV shows together. Once most people had cellphones, we saw a wide adoption of voice & video chat. It's like the movie 'Wall-E' was on to something XD. but everyone's bubble has been getting smaller and smaller as a result. Things weren't perfect here, but I definitely loved this place a long time ago
