Ahoy! Today kinda just started for me. I didn't sleep at all last night because of the pain in my back. It's really gotten a hell of a lot worse, even though I do the stretches damn near every day. Anyway, we're still reeling from losing Teddy. He was my special fellow ginger boi, even though he lived at my brother's house... anyway, I hope you're able to get some food assistance to ease the hunger pains. I nearly starved to death as a child a few times, so I understand the pain and stress that it brings. I hope you'll be sure to feed yourself, too. I made a grand breakthrough in understanding schizophrenia this shit to easy. Currently just threatening the voices with it and watching them dance there attacks have lost all effectiness I know the principles behind it now. I just don't feel like mulling it over and writing it places unless they piss me off. Once you know the principles after reduction people will be like oh fuck I get it now I can defend myself and break free like a switch from preexisting held beliefs.
