I genuinely think this one a banger. Glory be to God. I never recommend anyone to read what I wrote but if you want a authentic relationship with God check this out. I think I understand why there was so many psalms. If you not real with God you will burst because you pretending like you understand performing like you understand. Today I found my voice to be real with God. And, just got realer overall even as a narcissist I got some more sauce to my personality. When you don't talk to God fr and go around pretending you understand and performing like you understand you miss the authenthic connection with God. I found after thinking about what is real and I had a moment and realized what real is. Me pretending I have faith was ultimately seperating me from a authentic connection and making me be angry that I can't sustain a performance for God cause his standards to high. God didn't tell me to perform he said be real with him. Me being real is saying Lord I'm half faith half doubt and sometimes the the doubt over powers the faith I can't lie I don't know what all this is for I'm frustrated and angry I can't get as close to you as I pretend to be and it hurts. We can be real with the lord I don't even like reading my Bible or like how God does things half the time I like doing good half the time I don't wanna do nothing good it's to bothersome. Instead of pretending like I want to do good all the time I don't it costs something to be good all the time. And, I don't want to pay that cost. That's when I start to ask for mercy guidance and strength to be good from the source of goodness but I'm not without my doubts so I ask him to help my unbelief so I don't go off pretending I believe with all my heart and giving him a performance that earns nothing and can not be sustained bringing forth anger at myself and God. How bout we give God a shot at sustaining us and our faith. After all it is written the Lord is the author and finisher of our faith. You still have to participate but you don't have to pretend like you can finish it. Anyways that's my rant hope it was helpful.

I decided to work out again today. first time trying this in such a short time after only 48 hours of rest. Not only was I able to complete all the workouts but I added two and managed to complete the whole thing in an hour this time. I'm at the point where working out for me isn't really a chore as much as it's a meditative experience. I fully recommend the gym to anybody that has 20 extra bucks a month that they could spare. If you follow the plan I posted, especially the conditioning part, you'll really improve how you feel in life.
