I listened to my pastor on tiktok today. And, he talked about how bloody the cross was. That being a Christian doesn't mean your not gonna have to go through things and everything is gonna go your way. The followers of Jesus in the bible had to go through many sufferings and had to bear the weight of there crosses. And, I realized I have to get down and dirty and bloody and shed some sweat and tears for the sake of the God I follow. The world may call me a narcissist a kind of parasite or a energy vampire. The world will say he doesn't have the love of God in him he's going to hell. The world may not include me in there prayers. But, you know what instead of feeling dispirit as if my weakness disqualifies me from the love of God. I know the truth... 2 Corinthians 12:9 But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. So I boast in my weakness so his power can rest on me and be displayed through me. I am not dispirited by the afflictions of narcissism and schizophrenia. That's just the weight of the cross I carry. The weight is heavy but that's the cost. Faith costs you something. And, for the world who thinks lesser of me. 2 Corinthians 12:10 That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.

So I had some fun alligator incidents lately. One night I drive home in the evening in my Zelda cart during the rain. Suddenly in my neighborhood, there is a gator at least 10 feet long in the road. I almost hit him with limited visibility. He is angry and hissing, so I back my cart away and honk the horn. I feared he might lunge from the side and get my leg, but he runs off. About a week later, I enter the neighborhood and folks are waving at me. I stop on the curb asking what's up and the point to a gator waiting right at the entry gate where every car would pass through. So everyone keeps stopping to pull over at their house wondering what they are waving for, stopping near the alligator they don't see. So they achieved the opposite of keeping people away and lure people to wandering near it.

Went to that new Sushi joint. It was $28 for all you can eat within a 2 hour time limit. Rice was self served, sashimi was included up to 2 slices per person. Since the person I was with doesn't eat raw fish (paranoid about contracting parasites) I took their portion and got 4. They also served unlimited ice cream as well as tempura bananas. Cantaloupe was delicious too along with their seaweed salads and soups. I double dipped and went to Outback later in the day to make up for the less than thrilled lunch experience the other person had. Said they lost their appetite when they opened the lid for the fried shrimp and saw them looking back with their big ol' bug eyes. They didn't get the appeal of Japanese eating shellfish with their heads intact.
