(4:40 PM Fri.) I made a delivery for FB Marketplace with my two older sisters today. The man I made a delivery to said he wanted to get to know me better because my personality seems really nice...but we only talked to each other yesterday, and that was for discussion about his address and where to meet him outside. I know I'm not obligated to a strangers time...but I honestly feel bad whenever I reject somebody, and it's worse because I know feeling bad about it is ridiculous lol, yet I feel it somewhere inside anyway. Luckily, he didn't turn into a 'nice' guy about it and start insulting me (it's happened before lol) when I politely said no.

I'd say that it isn't necessarily about the pick up lines or "witty banter", it's more about a sense of humour and different people have a different sense of humour. It's basically if you're a guy and you can make a woman laugh consistently, there's a good chance she'll like you. That's the way it has been for me and I'm someone who thinks everything is okay to joke about and irl I practically have no filter. In fact, if I'm interested in someone, I will make messed up jokes on purpose to test if they're even compatible with me.
