(11:31 AM Fri.) One of the best feelings in the world is being half awake and hearing your mom softly whisper goodnight while kissing your face. That happened to me yesterday. I was knocked out and couldn’t properly say goodnight back, but all I hear is a soft: “Goodnight, my sweet angel.” And feel a soft kiss placed upon my forehead by my mom before I very quickly drift back to sleep. It reminds me of being very small and falling asleep somewhere before someone carries me to bed ^-^.
