Ahoy! Today was busy as hell. I didn't have much time to draw or write. But I managed to get some done anyway. Tomorrow is going to be just as busy as well. I hope you're able to find the time to rest when you need to. Being without food for long periods of time, it helps to become a tortoise with your energy. Only moving when necessary to conserve what you can. It doesn't help much with hunger pains, though... I never figured out how to deal with that except to make myself feel like it was an honorable thing I was doing so my siblings could be fed. That led to an ED, though! So try to be kind to yourself, too.

during spring, my manager feeds the ducks, so they bring their babies around. its adorable and really makes everyones day to see them and their little ducky antics, but once they grow up they still kinda stay in these sibling clusters and hang around. well, once these little sheisters walk into our open door and then scatter, and we had to coral and shepard them outside. we couldnt stop laughing at the absurdity, one was hiding behind one of the long floor curtains. so anyways, it got a lot less funny when we had to clean up all the duck shit (guess we scared them shitless nyuknyuknyuk) but was well worth it lul https://31.media.tumblr.com/tumblr_m83shgQGDR1qduqkw.gif

I made a grand breakthrough in understanding schizophrenia this shit to easy. Currently just threatening the voices with it and watching them dance there attacks have lost all effectiness I know the principles behind it now. I just don't feel like mulling it over and writing it places unless they piss me off. Once you know the principles after reduction people will be like oh fuck I get it now I can defend myself and break free like a switch from preexisting held beliefs.
