Trying to solve the mystery of why there are so few women looking for dates

As we all know, there are far more men online looking for dates than women. Click "Newest" on the menu bar and look under "Featured Otaku". Typically there are 2 to 4 guys for every girl. And other sites likewise have more way more guys than gals. But WHY? If you have the answer, be it for reals or just the wildest conspiracy theory imaginable, please let's hear it! My theories: 1--Somewhere a huge convent has converted much of the world's female population into nuns who have taken a vow of chastity 2--Female scientists have secretly been working on a top-secret male replacement project to create the ultimate male sex robot so they won't need us anymore and apparently they've succeeded. 3--All the cute lesbian waifus out there have all but succeeded in turning most of the female population gay and now they won't date men. I can't blame them, I mean, we guys are pretty stupid and what can we offer compared to some cute lesbian chick? If I were a woman I'd convert too lol.

I actually get approached every now and then, it's not unheard of. Asexuality is the new gay, apparently. In regards to the gender distribution, that whole thing got started shortly before I joined the site with basically the entire Ohio population dying out just as I got here. All the girls found someone, all the eligible guys left shortly after, and then the site shifted from being a dating site to being a social site. Ultimately if we want more women to approach, we have to realize that they have options in society. They don't have to take our crap anymore. So be better options, and maybe a few more will decide to stay. But I like the lesbian waifu theory. Probably the most humane solution to depopulation I've ever seen.

There's also economic feasibility, as millennials were hit hard around 2008 and 2011, and 2020 just as they started to recover. A lot of women put off romance before they build themselves up financially. Hell, I'm doing the same, and it's been one deficit, housing market crash, government deadlock, and student loan after another. Now here I am at the wrong side of 30 like "Whelp, guess 40 is the new 20."

It's a good mix of things. My experience I have seen so many different reasons it's not even funny. Personally though, every woman I've had the hots for who didn't end up giving it back I later on learned things about them that made me happy that happened. I have absolute confidence I'll find the right one eventually. Unless they don't exist. Then I'm happy just being single.
