10 because depending on the person it can be a special thing and to top it off it's also just a nice feeling knowing they took time to do so. Also just like Onizuka said, it gives something to talk about or just be silly depending on how close you are with said individual :3

Just being honest, it depends on who. There are some people who I LOVE hearing from and talking to them makes my day. For them its easily a 10. For others Im just meh in which case more like a 4.
Also what they post matters too. I love dank memes and thoughtful words. Someone just saying hi means very little xD
