My favorites are Gintama and Danshi koukousei no nichijou. Fun times.
Also, I have good memories from School Rumble, but I watched it so long ago lol. Maybe I should check it again.

Noragami, the wall flower, Naruto before the war screwed it up, one piece, fairy tale. Quite a few made me laugh and is or was awesome comedy. Servamp as well.

Saiki Kusuo is definitely top notch and relevant since season 2 is airing. I have other favorites, but that's the one on my mind the most right now.
