Making black garlic,it's only day one and I've got at bare minimum, a month to go. Smells like straight up garlic bread and I'm not complaining.lol

Halloween may be over, but I saw an elf at the checkout line of my local Food Circus (Food Lion). Person looked to be in there late 20's to early 30's. I could maybe say they were coming back from a convention, but... They wore normal street clothes so...eh... *shrugs* Christmas is around the corner.

Found something interesting to make to bring for thanksgiving with my family, black garlic brownies. They're gonna be my guinea pigs. Now, to wait a few more weeks as the garlic ages.

@yaasshat Tell me how it goes, I tried to make black garlic one time and it did not turn out right.

Never heard of garlic brownies. Can't imagine what that even tastes like. Garlic cheddar biscuits on the other hand.

@dyadka_yar So far so good. Although, it's not quite been a week. The only thing I'm slightly worried about is I think they might not be kept humid enough and dry out instead. @gabriel_true BLACK garlic. It's not the same as fresh garlic. But, I agree it sounds odd and thus I must try it.lol
