Your body will re-absorb the unspent semen, but it is like changing the oil in a car. Sure, you can simply let it sit there for a long time, or you can frequently change it out and bring in a fresh supply. In theory, emptying the prostate of potentially irritating substances might be one reason why. In conclusion, sperm isn't something that you let sit in your cellar like a fine wine. You gotta keep the stuff flowing at a decent rate.

Yeah, I'm gonna call shenanigans on the breast enlargement. Breast size is pretty much only depended on genetics (mostly), weight, age, and breastfeeding. No amount of fondling is gonna have anything to do with any of those. Also masturbating doesn't cause premature ejaculation. In fact, controlled masturbation is a form of treatment for PE. The prostate health is sorta mixed because there hasn't been any studies done that can prove causality and various studies have a range of conclusions like there being no correlation to frequent spendings being a factor of prostate cancer at a younger age but protective in the 50s, etc. But let's be real, no one is masturbating because you're worried about your prostate health. That being said, it's good to masturbate so long as it's not destructive. In fact, I worry more if someone wasn't. That's more of a sign of something wrong

@Xueli I have a friend who has never masturbated in his life, nor has he ever watched porn. When he finally came around, no pun intended, to having sex with a girlfriend, he had many performance issues even for a virgin. Had trouble getting it up, and staying up, and could not even ejaculate no matter how hard she tried for him. So I agree that not doing it at all is unhealthy.
