Is masturbation good or bad?

wow this thread went to sh!t fast. To properly answer the question. Masterbation can actually be good for your health. It can help stop heart disease and and prevent other heart problems too. And for the ladies playing with your breasts often can actually help them grow. *No I'm not joking* you can actually look this stuff up yourselves. I heard this stuff from a documentary.

*MastUrbation*(No e.) It does not stop heart disease and there's debatable results for even helping to prevent prostate cancer. Sex is the same as masturbation, but more physically involved and yet those who also have sex, get prostate cancer and have heart attacks. As for the breast growth thing... What real, scientific study has been done on that? People and their false information...

thanks for clearing some of that up. But the breast thing i know from getting a girl i dated to do it and she went up 3 bra sizes with in 2 weeks. So no false info there
