With the new runes and masteries I hardly recognize League anymore. I played 5 ranked matches a week or two ago and it was just a really bad experience. Even as a Tank I was just getting blown up. I've been playing Mobile Legends instead now and it does have it's flaws but, it feels more like league did before the mastery update so, it feels like a new home to me. My name is also Aquarius on ML.

To my knowledge premium doesn't fix that. It is updated if someone new joins that has more anime or the other above mentioned criteria that matches yours. I've seen mine change several times but still most of the matches are made up of inactive users.
