Mainly it's how varied the side quests are and how relevant do they tie in with the main objective. If the side quests are endlessly redundant then being open world isn't worth it. Not all games balance this well and often lose focus on what the overall purpose is supposed to be.

Woah, you want me to talk about my dreams, huh? Are you familiar with the "Old Hag" phenomenon? What about lucid dreaming and astral projection? I'm a magick adjacent and a practitioner in psionics. So dreams have weight on my end. There are the normal dreams when your consciousness breaks shit down into abstractions and experiences told through cognitions, and then there's when you wake up with a pounding head ache and see "You shouldn't be here" carved all over the walls for the two seconds it takes the lucid mind to catch up to waking reality before everything blurs back into focus and your room is back to how you left it. Alright, so sometimes I get the last laugh. There was this one dream I had recently where I managed to go lucid. Apparently before I went lucid, I was operating some kind of mobile suit on a scouting mission, and I went lucid just about the time we got back and I entered the cafeteria. I felt something was off as soon as I got there, which was probably why the cognitive mind kicked awake. Sometimes my subconscience knows when I need to strategize. Anyways, I started to look around, but couldn't quite pick up any kind of energy. So I froze everyone in the room. Yes, your cognitions are controllable, as they are you. I noticed there in the back, a brown haired man with his back turned still turning a news paper. But they froze as soon as they noticed I noticed them. So I rose every head in the cafeteria and turned them slowly to the man. I rose all their arms in unison. And I spoke through all of them as I pointed toward the figure. "Unworthy. Unworthy. Unworthy. Unworthy." We all chanted in unison. The figure turned to face me. His face ambiguous, but unnerved. I returned the cognitions to auto pilot and approached the being, sitting at its table. Then asked what it was doing here. It responded defensively. Its face started to morph into another face, which cascaded away to another face. It started rapidly shifting faces before letting out a scream of anguish. Then I woke up. Sore looser, that one.

Alucard is also controlled by Integra Hellsing. So he's equally as vulnerable to having his master used as a hostage. @bron Sebastian is one hell of a butler and I feel is a better match up against Walter C. Dornez, but because the opponent is specifically Alucard I'll entertain the notion. Simply put it comes down to the fact that despite Alucard's immense power he is only as strong as his number of souls he's acquired. At the end of Hellsing Alucard has but one soul left. Therefore the closest to mortal as he can be. Sebastian has no soul and therefore, no known weakness. Even a grim reaper can't slay him properly. The worst that could happen is to have his contract with Ciel broken thereby removing any desire for him to be in conflict and thus returning Sebastian to a neutral state of being. In conclusion, Alucard is slayable as the founding Hellsing member once did and Sebastian for all in tense and purpose is truly immortal in essence, but not 'body.'

It's hard to say, friendships tend to change as you get older and recapturing what friendship was like in your youth seems like a distant yet fond memory. Nowadays, to me it's just someone I can somewhat tolerate (I'm an introvert) and be myself around with and not having to worry about being judged. I preferably like making friends who are heavily into gaming, anime, or computers. Basically stuff that's relatable which is always a fun conversation starter if it's something you truly like to discuss.
