I'm getting back into the swing of things with my quick lock ironmaster dumbbells. more than half of my workout is done lying down as I watch TV and I'm actually seeing results. I'm currently at 11.6% body fat according to my scale which is almost the lowest I ever seen, yet my body weight is within 5 pounds of the highest I've seen. I think I've found a really good balance of the minimal amount of effort maximum output. I just need to get some running shoe replacements and start running at night. Although I'm much stronger, my stamina is plummeted. I friggin hate running.

So my first team investigation with Ohio Valley Paranormal didn't go the way I thought it would. The fact is, we kinda had to battle this thing off most the night. All the while, the cars never let up. -_- Did catch two cool videos though. We concluded that we need to do something about our one member's spiritual problems first, and do a follow up investigation afterwards in order to get a better feel for the domestic entities.
