drmario, your first assumption was almost spot on, you can be a geek in anything .. it's almost obsessive, the hobby. for example, there are comic geeks, gamer geeks, as well as wine geeks, travel geeks, and even fitness geeks (though never referred to as). (ofcourse this exlpantation is contemporary with us)

Keeping it short, I'm a dude that likes Anime(duh) along with Gaming, Music, Guns, and Working out. I seem to be one of the very few people in my local area that actually enjoys Anime. I'm 39, but I've usually dated people younger than me--not out of any specific intent, but simply because most of the people who share personality traits, interests and hobbies with me are younger, like in their 20s. That said, I've learned some lessons from that. Last person I dated was 20, and while that's not necessarily a deal-breaker, the fact that she was still living with her parents while going to college should've been a big red flag, because they did not respect boundaries or her adult rights and caused a lot of pointless drama. So while in theory I'd be willing to consider anyone as long as they were of legal age and we made the right connection, in practice the younger they are the more cautious and picky I'm going to be about their responsibility, independence and the other circumstances in their life.

Mizzmay, you have completely ignored the point of my post lol. So you're okay with people just leaving you after you've built some type of relationship with them and THEN leave you AFTER they know how you look like ? You're okay with dealing with that? lol. Wouldn't you rather those type of people just ignore you by simply not talking to you right away instead of getting to know you, have some interests, see you and then leave you? Lol. I give up, you are completely blinded and can't grasp the point i'm making. Could explain why those guys you messaged have never messaged you back because they have no visual. VISUAL is bitter sweet, it can be good and it can be bad. But without it, you are going to have a tough time.

when I LFR ppl tend to be skilled, last time I trade chat pugged ICC 25 man we wiped on Lord Marrowgar.....twice..... we weren't organized...(I was pro ^^ but id be the first to wipe cuz no one wood break the damn spikes!) like u said organization is key, they sood have had the range focusing on the spikes.... and iv been in raiding guilds before but on my druid healer my GS is 471.....so I haven't raided with them...
