@arc fair enough everyone is different, I get bad acid reflux from certain coffees and hot sauces. I can eat raw veggies, cookies veggies, fruit n other things but I can't do eggs ,sometimes beans, oh yeah certain cheeses or textures things big no no for me. Alfredo makes me gag

Yeah those should work too. Bananas are easy to eat when you're nauseated because they are bland, low in fiber, and easy to digest. They don't have strong smells or flavors, contain potassium, which helps replenish electrolytes lost if you've been vomiting. If I can't eat anything else, that's my go-to food.
