@hell_hound7 The 2nd boss is actually one of the easiest bosses in the game once you know counters to his attacks. -The attack when it comes up vertically in the background and sprays his balls, if you run up and stay up against the north wall that it's shooting from, you avoid attack. -When it flies off the screen, it'll do the dive bomb torpedo attack. Stay up against the Western wall and the attack will miss you -When it hovers up high in the center of the field and sprays his balls in a downward spiral, all you gotta do is stand directly under him, and the attack misses you A couple other things to know: -After you beat the 3rd world, when you die, instead of restarting at the beginning of the 1st world, you spawn at the 3rd world instead -You can save scum, but it's a pain in the ass to do. You just gotta do the temporary save option in the game, which forces the game to close, and when you start the game back up it automatically deletes the save so if and when you die, you can't just reload that save. But if you bring up the PS5 system menu and manually upload a Cloud save BEFORE re-starting the game, you can always re-load the cloud save by going back into the PS5 system menu. Again, it's a pain in the ass to do, but clearly worth it for specific things like right before a boss battle.

@bob_loblaw oh no the boss is easy, im just stuck on him. The reason being is whenever i start in the 1st world i literally restart the entire game all over again. Because i dont go into the world with shitty proficiency meaning i gotta clear the 1st world get all my good upgrades and then go to the second world. I literally have probably the best possible set up i can have rn. Im gonna try my hand at it again today since i dont have work. But i might try that cloud save thing because yeah its annoying af plus i have probably the best setup i possibly can get rn. I have 3 parasites with sorta good effects health upgrades, astronaut figurine, spitmaw, the works if i die again imma be pissed.

@kuharido A lot of trolls (including me) in that open world, but if you can get into a server that has only a few ppl playing or are not jerks, It's a lot of fun.

Best of luck on that one bud lol, GTA online is pretty gnarly. Thankfully they made it so you can do ceo stuff and other missions in a private lobby so it shouldn't be too rough.

@wik didn't have any issues with trolls. Some guy killed me but it seemed he was just killing randomly. Didn't bother me

Wow I'm surprised GTA online is still going hard. The last time I was on I got blown up with a rocket launcher inside a freaking clothing store. -_- I thought I was safe. The airport was always hopping though.

@hell_hound7 I'm sure you've got a handle of the mechanics and structure of Returnal by now, but the thing I'd say as a heads up is to not get too stuck to one weapon and traits from the early levels. There are some new weapons that will start popping up after the 2nd world. One of them, the Rotland Bomber or something like that, is considered one of the best weapons for the 2nd half of the game with the right traits. The Spitmaw is one of the best weapons early game, but is universally categorized as lower tier over all because it's short range makes it almost useless in the 2nd half of the game, especially late game, when enemies and bosses start to get nuts. You simply don't wanna be be in short range of them. Starting with the 3rd world, there are a lot more flying enemies, and I'm sure you know why a shotgun type weapon isn't good for them. I used the Tachymon Carbine for most of the game cuz of the high rate of fire and large clips, and it's still one of the better weapons in the 2nd half of the game when you get traits like armor piercing. But the gun I think is the best, and the one I ultimately stuck with, is the Electropylon Driver. It's kinda weird to use at first, and it doesn't seem like the weirdness is worth the tradeoff of a more conventional weapon, but at higher levels with a couple nice traits slapped on, and it absolutely shreds enemies and bosses. It's great on single enemies cuz the spikes stick in enemies and continue damaging them as well, and it's great for crowd control. It even helps defensively since the webbing fucks up enemies while you get back more distance or work on maneuvering.
