Ahoy, today was father's day. Sadly we only had turkey spam for meats. But I managed to get some rice and cajun seasoning to dress it up a little. So overall not bad. There's another big wildfire in the town just next to ours, maybe 5-10miles away. I wish people wouldn't set shit on fire without a way to definitely put the fire out. :( I hope you're staying cool. <3

Ahoy! Today kinda just started for me. I didn't sleep at all last night because of the pain in my back. It's really gotten a hell of a lot worse, even though I do the stretches damn near every day. Anyway, we're still reeling from losing Teddy. He was my special fellow ginger boi, even though he lived at my brother's house... anyway, I hope you're able to get some food assistance to ease the hunger pains. I nearly starved to death as a child a few times, so I understand the pain and stress that it brings. I hope you'll be sure to feed yourself, too. I know it's in our nature to make sure our siblings are fed first, but you'll be no good to anyone in starvation fainting spells. Your life matters, too. <3

Ahoy! Today was busy as hell. I didn't have much time to draw or write. But I managed to get some done anyway. Tomorrow is going to be just as busy as well. I hope you're able to find the time to rest when you need to. Being without food for long periods of time, it helps to become a tortoise with your energy. Only moving when necessary to conserve what you can. It doesn't help much with hunger pains, though... I never figured out how to deal with that except to make myself feel like it was an honorable thing I was doing so my siblings could be fed. That led to an ED, though! So try to be kind to yourself, too.

Hope all is well for you. Might consider doing a pagan ritual to make your wifi work. The butterfly garden has been going well. Actually I have been overrun by 63 of these monarchs. Now they've all crawled off to form cocoons somewhere. So now I am left with an empty garden that looks like this. They are like "Than you so much for giving us food and shelter. We will never forget this....LOL. just kidding. We gonna leave your garden ruined now. K-byeeee!!!"

Work has had me a bit worn down lately, but I’m still standing, still moving, and surviving on questionable amounts of caffeine XD. I’m glad you and your family have been staying safe in the heat. I hope provision keeps finding its way to your home, and that peace stays close to all of you until things settle more. Ahoy. Today was such madness, that I just now got to sit down and have a roll for dinner. XD Puppy sitting, kitten herding, driving everyone to and from work, and all on short notice.
