It's all good, seriously and it's not as if I was faultless, even if it wasn't directed at you( It's a hard one to remember for me, but every word we say is like a stone thrown into a pond. They create ripples and those ripples spread out and can create waves that will eventually hit the shore.) . I asked chat GPT an EXTREMELY hard math question. So hard in fact that it told me to ask again later because it was such advanced math. It took it 5 minutes to make this calculation, but I want to show it because it's pretty crazy to think that mathematically, it never makes financial sense to pay off your debts as you can see with the math it did. Say for instance the stock market crashes. You don't have cash but you know it's a GREAT time to put money in the stock market. You take out a margin loan for 100 grand, throw it in the stock market, and use the capital gains from the money put into the stock market from the loan to pay off your debt, and then pocket the rest as literal free money every year...this. This is how people cheat financial gain. 100k loan gives you about 5k on an average year, and every year after that it compounds 10% higher. In 20 years, you would make about 100k. And that is how you make 100k by taking out a loan. This is why all rich people have a lot of debt that they willingly don't pay off!
