What ANIME are you watching right now?

@verucassault Agreed! I did peek ahead in the manga. I can say it does take a confusing turn with certain characters all sharing a similar identity. Of course I was jumping around chapters, so perhaps it wasn't all that confusing with context.

I am reading Maruru to Hachi: And Gokushufudou when I can find it, because it's Netflix exclusive and Tatsu's dialect is too difficult for even me to understand. ;u;

Ok... so I still hate the way Luffy looks (he has messy hair, not curly) and sounds (listen to "Gum Gum" in the previous trailer, and listen to how stupid he says his own name near the end of this one) but this kinda... sorta... looks promising? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ades3pQbeh8 I don't even care that Nami's bra size dropped 27 sizes, but I hate her hair. Also, it makes me glad to see they're at least going through the Arlong arc since that's when I felt the anime really took off.

Reminds me of a kids show on Nickelodeon. I suppose it's good enough. It isn't any worse than the live action Bleach and I enjoyed watching that.
