Ah, a little something to kill the probiotics? Good choice. Wouldn't want to overwhelm your body with healthy things. Yuck! Yuck indeed.

You're right it does kill all the probiotics. Normally I don't mix the two because kombucha is too expensive for that, but I was out of everything in the fridge except kombucha and milk. Sake takes the profile of whatever you mix it in so it's an obvious choice when you just run out of everything.

Hey, kombucha is delicious, probiotics or not. Gotta learn how to make it at home some day. I've only had sake once and was not impressed, but it could've just been the brand (Of which I do not remember.). Had milk? Maybe a faux white Russian?XD

I like kombucha. I even made coffee kombucha before. Me and one of my most beloved uncles enjoyed it.
