Why are you single?

Because I'm a loner who's alone, you know as loner's do? *Raises my mysterious cape to my face so my eyes are peeking through* You probably wouldn't know about being a loner like I am...you all have someone, but I only have me, cause I'm a loner, you know? This isn't me trying to gain sympathy by mentioning how alone I am, okay? I just want you to know how alone I am. Plus, it probably wouldn't matter anyway since if I had someone I would still feel empty and alone. You know why? (You: cause you're a loner?) No, because you can't spell single or relationship without I. The foundation to starting any relationship starts with you, but while there may be time for friends and foes alike, you will ALWAYS have YOU in this world. Truly learn to love yourself first before loving someone else, because while being in a relationship can/could help you love or be happy in a sense, you shouldn't depend on that person alone to make you happy. You should try looking to yourself as well to be happy, we can technically say y sounds I, so happy also has "I" in it. ;) Relationship and single both have I. Both should have love as it's foundation, but love should be found in I first before giving it away to others, self-love can be just as precious of a gift than finding romance first. (Sorry for being sappy...I'll shut up now XD)

I'm single cause I have basically given up on love almost 36 years of life and only dated 8 months of tbh I don't think love is in my fate sadly
