Mental Illness (Mental Wellness)

Back in my childhood, one early doctor said I might be autistic, while later doctors said I either have high-functioning Autism or low-functioning Asperger's syndrome. Although I had a difficult childhood, my mother said I'm one of the luckiest. Although I feel lonesome, my mother said I have plenty of friends. I was put on medications growing up, especially when I moved from my mother to my father years after their divorcement. None of the medications outweighed benefits, so I went with natural healing. People call me very smart while some either like or dislike my chatterbox social behavior and my light-headed fatigue they often label it as laziness. I might have many interests, but I don't take all of them seriously like a diehard fan. Most people in my area are too shallow to understand my tastes in things like them. Some rudely call my sensory overloads as immature pitching a fit attitude. My family nowadays think labeling is bad on people, but sometimes it's necessary. I'm a home and car owner and have a good job. Hopefully, I can reach a very good living status and maybe one day, start a family.

I grew up with severe anxiety, and selective mutism. And, I first heard voices at fifteen. Since treatment, I'm rarely mute, and just want to hang out with people. Some day, I will be free of excess anxiety. I'm recovering well from it.

just my 2 cents, doing cardio everyday and eating healthy or at least healthier vastly improves your self esteem and mental health

had a really bad nightmare, even through the weed stupor which shouldn't be possible, that my abusive ex who i'm still obsessed with wanted me back...not doing super hot today ^_^
