Questionable bans

That’s the problem lamby. I don’t let people decide what’s right and what’s wrong if they have no clue what they are talking. I need to stay in touch with more mods here but what I saw in the last year I totally lost it. It’s sad for the skilled mods here because they can’t do anything because they don’t get a chance but on the other site it was their choice to chose the team afterall. I know it is kinda hard to hear a bad critic and it is also hard for me to repeat myself. I don’t want to whole mod team involved and I fear if the rest of the team that I don’t know well is the same. That would make me quit the site actually. @wasistdas Well, its not like we ban people just because we don't like them, and everyone I've worked with thus far have had a sufficient ability to remove themselves from their feelings when making a decision. A sufficient amount of evidence needs to be gathered before we could even approach Seph. Then Seph decides whether its something that's worth banning someone in the first place. Proof is the reason we let some of the recent problems drag out for so long. Again, it takes more than spamming to get banned. Could be someone is a previously banned user, could be someone is plotting to dox specific users. (Heck one of them was both of those examples.) If we're unclear as to why someone got banned, its mostly to avoid dragging someone's name through the mud. So I apologize if it seems we're acting unprofessionally on the surface. Most cases get resolved before we need to go to seph, but in reality, I think you're expecting a bit much from glorified informants. Likewise, if you see those of us who are acting in a way that is unbefitting in that role, please approach the mods you do trust. Heck I don't mind forwarding criticism directly, even if it has my name on it. I'm very against the idea of cops writing their own reports in incidents that involve them directly. Anyways, thanks for your opinion. It was very insightful, and has given me some things to think about. Does anyone have any other questions?

Choco well you seem decent at least it looks like it. If you dont mind I want to know you. I prefer someone who is calm instead of a living volcano of justice & feels. Maybe you find some topics here interesting.
