True easy for me is spiraling an apple and dipping it in peanut butter. Arc's mom got me this cool gadget since the apple pie I make was a hit at get-togethers. It's been my go-to in quarantine. Just something fast and easy. In the beginning, I was forgetting to eat, just no appetite. Instant ramen deluxe. Chop up some garlic, ginger and mushrooms and saute until lightly brown and add some soy sauce, stir it for like 30 seconds, then add some chicken stock, let it simmer for 15 minutes, take a boneless, skin on chicken thigh, marinate overnight in soy sauce, black pepper and thyme. Put some olive oil in a pan and seare until crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Soft boil one egg and chop up some green onions or whatever greens you can use for garnish, I used cilantro in the Pic. Put it in a bowl and you're just about done. Takes at most an hour but it's 100% worth it.

Niiiice. I should give that one a try next week. Never had a sandwich with toasted bread as we usually have just soft bread.

Tho ive seen it quite cheap but its only sold at that price at like one store once every 6 months... But i do like it. So just gota wait a little
