French press is nice, yea. aeropress is the modern version thats a more consistent brew, but i think they all kinda add their own unique flavor profiles. I'd do coldbrew in a french press for sure.

I found my people. Well, I can say we have a decent coffee maker, always having a fresh 12 ounces every morning. Just let me get a pic of it tomorrow.

Ive changed my setup since i made the thread.. currently im doing >aeropress >medium grind (12 on mine) >16g coffee to 200g water >185F brew >40 second steep + 30 second push i might buy a pourover setup.. friend of mine keeps telling me to get a siphon but i dont wanna build a meth lab.
