I think it best to make a thread of Anime Women who are serious role models! Not just a pretty face but women who get the job done and are really cool while doing it! So hop to it! Show or tell of all the lady characters that don't doki doki around when the chips are down!

Actually, scratch Shirley. I missed the role model part. XD She commands respect and is not waifu material imo. But she is a complete murderous psychopath. XD

Good choices regardless Onizuka! Olivia is a very strong candidate for most respected woman in anime by most I believe.
