Not heartbreaking but made me cry. Shirobako, Episode 23, Miyamori starts crying at the end. After her friend gets a part voicing on the anime they are making. You'd have to watch the anime to get the feels, but after all the hard work and stress and finally getting to recording and her friend gets the part. She just looses it.
