Touhou

God, I love Touhou. From the music and gameplay to the characters and stories, I love it all. ZUN has finally been able to release games on Steam, so I picked up myself a copy of The Disappearing of Gensokyo. I streamed myself beating the whole thing on Lunatic, and it was quite fun. Any other big fans of Touhou here?

I've played a few Touhous. I beat Utsuho in 11 on my last life and then got hit by a stray bullet before her death animation was over... I wish I had discovered it back when Hisoutensoku was popular...

I've only played like two of the games, and I suck, so I'm a casual scrub. But I admit I am a big fan of how the lore is structured in the setting. Like I want to learn more about how Gensokyo and the various other realms work and interact with each other. The characters are a lot of fun to learn about too.

I can play a bit of EoSD on Lunatic, but I haven't really played a lot of the official games. I've played a lot of SWR, Soku, and HM though, but I'm nowhere good to actually play against other people ha ha. If you guys really like the music, you should check out GensokyoRadio and TouhouRadio online. They play 24/7 Touhou music. GensokyoRadio does only music from circles, but TouhouRadio also includes the originals from time to time. I also know of an app that you can use to play these internet radio stations on your phone wherever you want.

Long time fan. Nice to see them finally on steam. Shame the scene is loosing popularity. Had a pretty good run going for it.
