What do you do when feeling down?

Depends. Usually listen to music that fits the sad feelings, for a little bit, or if I'm really down, It usually means I'm pissed off as well, So I go exercise, beat on the punching bag some. Great stress reliever. If that doesn't work, and I can, I just sleep.

just drink when i have money to afford it ( if my meds dosen't work witch happend almost everyday ) or take watever i have to feel less bad ( legaly of course ) seing my friends is nice too

Treat my self with an amazing food that I don't really eat! Watch my favourite anime in a row! Watch my favourite youtuber that are funny Watch comedy movies Go busy with something else, like drawing, play video game that chill... Don't play things that stress you. Just do things that are enjoyable and make yourself busy away from your mind

Lately, I go to the gym. It's basically the only thing that makes me feel any good about myself at the moment. So if it's between that or crying, then I'll pick that. I also try and talk to people who I feel genuinely care about me and build me up; while avoiding those that make me feel insignificant and unimportant.

Depends. When i'm sad I'll just cry it out. But when i'm angry I paint

Typically hit the keys until my hands start cramping. Sitting in front of a piano makes it easy for me to lose myself in the music. If that doesn't work I sometimes just throw some headphones on and listen to specific albums. Cooking tends to be a good relief for me sometimes as well. It's nice to try new spices and seasonings on things. I also pet my dogs and take them outside. They are great
