the issue is i got a fine sleep, but I'm still tired
the more you sleep the more tired you feel so you sleep more, its a cycle i must break

Focus on getting 6 hours of sleep, if you still feel tired, increase it to 30 minutes. It takes about 6 to 7 hours usually to feel alright for the whole day. If you are more than 21 years of age, avoid sleeping past 8 hours at all cost.
I work from 3 pm to almost 4 am. I usually sleep when the sun is starting to go up. This has helped me stay awake and remain mostly focused for my work.

If i sleep like 8 hours i feel tired in the morning but really woke after the morning. If i sleep 9 hours i tend to feel tiresome whole day.
