Shall we do some digging? Now historically who have been in charge of the red states? Name a party and their composure and general philosophy(it's implied that it switched to the opposite). There's no surprise that you'll demographically find a certain race, gender, or status of people to vote for Trump. Voters came out of the woodwork because in spite of the bad that Trump does have (I cannot deny there are very negative traits about him and that he's not exactly the best face for women and minorities.... although to be totally honest Hillary is WORSE for women overall) that he speaks to things that major party politicians have ignored for DECADES So a group of disenfranchised people who have been in dismay for DECADES have come out to vote. Liberals have gotten obnoxiously stupid and pegging everything to racism and sexism which is a liberal trademark. The Obama presidency has lead a "progressive" movement which has basically demonized straight white men as some sort of evil and go figure mayyyyybe that pissed a few white men off enough to vote for someone who will put the "progressive" political correct crowd in check for 4-8 years. It is hilarious that the liberals did this to themselves but since they can't accept or comprehend that they will just chalk it up to racism and sexism and give it no more though than that. This is how democracy should work - voter turnout has been very high and their voices are heard. I decided not to vote in 2012 when it was Obama / Romney (I just missed being eligible in Obama / McCain but probably wouldn't have voted anyway). Also lets not write off those without formal education as stupid - particularly not older generations who did not need a degree to earn a decent or better living. Someone could be versed in civics and politics without a formal education. I have two college degrees and I voted Trump

Wait. I was accepted into multiple colleges. I could not afford College, because I come from a lower class background, and I am trying to make a better life by working my ass off on a ship. Am I really stupid?

The DNC fucked us all over when they rigged the primary in favor of Hillery. Bernie could've easily beaten Trump if he got a fair chance. To be honest, I'm kind of glad that Hillery lost. Trump is an idiot for sure, but at least he won't have the US go to war with Russia and Syria. I hope the DNC won't ever support a corrupt candidate like Hillery ever again.
