I still did not get a Skype. Can we use a google docs? It has the same function as Facebook message type and can see each other editing too. I used this in my group project. You need a gmail account.
This is like Microsoft word but you can type and people can see you type and there is a chat message in the right side. Not that I mind voice chat, my computer lag a lot.

@neko_prince, I didn't know the google docs until 2 weeks ago. I was amazed how these things improved quite fast before I know it. A lot of my colleague using this for group work. While it work and is fascinate that it auto saved when you type. Not too hard to use and it has the similar function as Microsoft word. It's like combination of Microsoft word + Facebook chat+ type while others see it.
