The knee jerk reaction is to say I'm fine. But the honest truth is I'm unwell. Slowly teetering toward a mental meltdown and only keeping it together because if I don't, everyone else loses their jobs and won't be able to function without me. So, like most people, I think. yuuzora @yuuzora Hm... that's the problem. I usually have my art, but since it's my only job right now, it's sort of become a source of stress. So I'm desperately trying to find something else. I just don't have the resources for another instrument, otherwise that would definitely work. I can't play my erhu anymore due to my shoulders being completely fucked. So yeah... how about you? How have you been managing your stress lately?

yuuzora @yuuzora Nice. That sounds good. Maybe I should try taking up yoga again? I just have such pain in my joints and muscles I don't know how to do what doesn't hurt anymore. Though I still maintain flexibility, that's about it lately. Do you have any teachers or YT videos that have helped you?

Sorry I'm afk for a few days. I pinched a nerve so badly in my neck I've not been able to keep food or anything down due to the extreme vertigo. The whole room is spinning and I feel the centrifugal force of the earth is the only thing allowing me to concentrate enough to write this nearly blind. I can't walk in a straight line. It's like being the sick kinda of drunk and you feel kinda like you're gonna die. lol.
