I appreciate you telling me this and I think I'll just do what you would do if something happens and get it fixed by a geek squad person.And yeah Dells are a gamble.Some are malfunctioned it seems even though it's new.But then again I guess any computer could be garbage XD I wanted a Beats HP that was red and silver and the keys lit up in red but I read from people who purchased it that it worked great but they said the only real complaint is that it seriously overheats and burns your hands. Cool poem by the way.Very poetic =D
