Swifty @verucassault Yes and no. Modern cars have tried to conserve gas milage by lightening the load/weight of vehicles. But back in the day, they used heavy metals for the body and exteriors vs now where they use a lot of aluminum or fiberglass on the exteriors. Plus it looks like the modern bugs are lower to the ground. I dunno. Just the thought of trying to run someone over in one is amusing.

Swifty @verucassault And some of the smaller trims or pieces could be some kind plastic. My bumper cover on my car has no metal on it at all. The bumper itself is steel but not the cover.

Swifty @verucassault I actually lucked out and caught the early mission first thing right out of White Run where you help him with the wagon he's transporting Mother in. It's such an easy side quest to miss.

Swifty @verucassault Cicero is a so-called Jester located just outside of Loreius Farm on the road beside a broken horse drawn carriage.

Swifty @verucassault That's where you can meet him before Dark Brotherhood.

Curly Ice @forgetmenot I remember I met Cicero on the first dragon fight outside Whiterun. I regret not giving him the time of day. I ended up liking him as a member of the Brotherhood. Soon as I saw him in the Sanctuary I remembered I'd seen him back helping fight the dragon at whiterun. Next playthrough I avoided fast travel in hopes of finding it, but no luck.
