For real. I've gotten to a point I keep my social media access to a bare minimum. Have a limited pool of friends to message, mostly follow certain brands for figurines, anime and some other products just to be up to date, then log out for the rest of the day. I've come to the conclusion there is something about social media that is just bad for our brains. It's like soda. A little bit is fine as a treat every now and then, but regular consumption rots your brain.

Finished my Sanji Cosplay! I’ll need to trim my mustache down a but more, but this is all just clothes from Goodwill, my normal office pants & shoes and a 40 year old jacket handed down from my father.

This. I am also into this. Girls that make quality shitposts and have most of their phone storage space filled with spicy memes. <3

Really gonna have to find a way tp reduce my work schedule. 50 hours a week with no days off has really left me feeling drained. But at least I’ll have a break at the local con soon. My final Sanji Cosplay build will be revealed soon!

Friendly life advice for your feed on this site. It is so easy to get yourself caught up in the rat race of life and overly focused on certain goals that you bog yourself down with stress and anxiety. Remember to give yourself time to rest and don’t be afraid to be generous with it. Go easy in yourself and enjoy little moments of relaxation. Example: Yesterday with the day off from Idalia, I just sat outside and listened to frogs chirp. Just sat there with nothing in my head for about 15 minutes enjoying their singing. One hopped onto the table next to me and we stared at each other for a bit while it was croaking. Almost fell asleep outside, but then got up and finished some chores. Little moments like that from being outside can do more for your mood than you realize.

Prototype Sanji cosplay finished! Have to get some styling gel and maybe trim the bangs down a bit, but this dress suit I’ve had hanging in my closet works well enough.

Oh snap. You too? Mine’s been dead for about 2 weeks and gad to manually configure a new one. Hope your Internet situation gets fixed soon.

Second phase of Sanji cosplay complete. Went to Good Will and found a yellow polo shirt and brown tie. They didn’t have a regular long sleeve shirt which would have been more accurate, but wearing the black suit on top is gonna feel hot as heck, so something more breathable will be more comfortable. Now to secure a suit with gold buttons. :3

Deviled eggs are a diet cheat code. It pleases the taste buds like an unhealthy treat but is pure protein! I’ve started making them on weekends for my lunch. <3
