Veru @verucassault I've always been a melancholic person. I don't wish it on anyone. Any time I catch myself thinking about what if's and thinking about potential calamities, I try to redirect my thoughts. If I don't, then I'll stay in the sunken place where I contemplate past regrets or get anxious about fear of regretting choices I have to make. I don't think people should give so much of their time and life to fear and regret. You have a limited supply of time, so spend it wisely. Living your life to the fullest is not really a practical day to day thing you can do, but you can figure out a way to invest that time better. I haven't been home since I moved to Georgia. I have visited some family, but I haven't been back home. I haven't seen my mom in all that time, or my friends. It's what I've been thinking about lately. Those connections you have are more important than fear and regret and what if's. People who love you, care for you, would miss you.
